Supply chain solutions

The cost of components is typically a large part of product cost to minimise this and remove risk we:

• Maintain a one to one involvement with Customers throughout the sourcing and purchasing cycle
• Check for and advise potential component obsolescence
• Maintain vendor agreements with major approved suppliers
• Work with our Customers to ensure only approved alternatives are used
• Minimise exposure to counterfeit materials

Inspection and test

Inspection and test throughout the manufacturing process including:

• Visual inspection by our fully trained IPC-A- 610 class 2 & 3 staff
• Automated inspection using both 2D & 3D AOI
• Comprehensive Functional test of product to Customers specifications

Quality control

Accredited to ISO 9001:2015, we assure quality management from the supply chain through to product build, test, packaging and shipment.

Box build (full turnkey solutions)

In addition to PCBA, we can fully assemble your product into a bespoke enclosure, with all associated wiring including all test and configuration requirements.

Final product testing

Whether full box build or complete electronic assembly, Contract Production offers our customers a comprehensive testing solution. Utilising bespoke or client-supplied test rigs, you can enjoy added confidence in our manufacturing processes and quality assurance procedures . Our testing procedure will verify that your product functions as you intended.
